Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These terms apply when you use fourbarai.com or engage FourBar's AI call answering service. By booking a demo or using the service, you agree to the terms below.

The service

FourBar provides an AI-powered call answering service that answers calls on your business's behalf, takes messages or books appointments where configured, and sends you a summary of each call. Setup typically completes within 24 hours of your first call with us.

No contract, cancel anytime

FourBar is billed at a flat monthly rate with no fixed-term contract. You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period and then stops, with no further charges.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us accurate information about your business so the assistant can represent you correctly, and for reviewing call summaries in good time. FourBar is built to take a message and hand off anything urgent, but it is not a substitute for emergency services — please make sure genuinely urgent enquiries have another route to you.

Accuracy of the AI assistant

The assistant only shares information it has been given about your business and is designed to take a message rather than guess when it doesn't know an answer. Even so, as with any automated system, occasional errors are possible. We continuously tune assistants to reduce this and welcome feedback if something isn't right.

Liability

FourBar is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time as the service develops. The current version will always be available at this page.
